Terms & Conditions

You will agree by the terms & conditions as stated below when using our website and our services. We reserve the right to revise and update these terms and conditions without notice, therefore you should regularly check them before making a purchase.

Payment Terms
All prices on our website are quoted in £ Great British Pounds Sterling. We accept most major credit & Debit cards. Card Payments are processed immediately using RBS Worldpay and PayPal secure systems. We also accept Bank Transfer, UK Personal Cheques.

Dispatch Terms
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-5 working days after you placing your order. We aim to send out all ‘next day’ and ‘special delivery orders’ the same day if the order is placed by 2pm Monday to Friday (excluding UK bank holidays). Any ‘next day’ and ‘special delivery orders’ placed after 2pm may not be dispatched until the next working day. If we anticipate any delay in this time period we will do our best to keep you informed. Please check all item descriptions as dispatch times may vary for certain products.

Remittance Terms
Please note that all goods must be paid for in full before an order can be dispatched. Credit/Debit Card and Instant PayPal payments are taken instantly when an order is submitted therefore will be processed and despatched as soon as possible. Cheques and PayPal Checks may take up to 10 days to clear and we will wait until they have cleared in full before dispatching your order.

Shipping Costs
All shipping costs depends on the weight and size of the product(s) ordered and where in the world we are shipping to, unless otherwise stated. Before you enter your payment details, the shipping costs are always displayed to you when you proceed to the checkout We reserve the right to increase shipping costs as per Courier annual rises.

Amendments to Orders
All amendments to orders must be done on the same day of placing the order. We regret that we are unable to amend an order that has already been processed and dispatched.

Cancellation Terms

You are entitled to cancel your order within 7 days from the date of purchase for a full refund, on the basis that your order has not yet been dispatched from our warehouse. (If you wish to cancel and you have received your order, please see ‘customer returns’ below).

Customer Returns
You need to notify us in writing within 7 working days of receipt of the goods, If you find your product(s) are faulty before returning it to us. you may return it unopened and unused without the anti tamper labels removed, within 14 working days of receipt of the goods for an exchange, or a full refund. You can expect your refund or replacement product(s) within approximately 7 working days after we receive your faulty or unwanted product(s). Please note you will not be entitled to a refund of the initial and your incurred return shipping costs unless the product(s) are faulty. Before returning any product(s) to us please ensure that you sufficiently package the product(s). You are also suggested to return product(s) registered post. Proof of postage will not be accepted as proof of delivery. Please remember to provide your full name and address, and a copy of your purchase invoice.

All returned goods need to be in original condition and must not have been used or handled (e.g. packets opened, brushed, worn, labels removed etc, for health and hygiene reasons). Hair products returned for refund or exchange must not have been removed from the cardboard under any circumstances for hygiene purposes. All returned items must be in original package. Postal charges will not be refunded for unwanted goods. The refund may be refused if any goods are returned in un-saleable/un-resalable condition and are not faulty. Please note: Postage will be charged for all returns and exchanges except quality issues. We will be not liable for any responsibility for returned goods sent back.

For further information not covered by above customer return policies, please refer to The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations, as our policies will comply with The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations completely.

Delays or Loss in Transit
Unless you have chosen a next day service please allow 30 days for orders to arrive. We can provide you with all tracking information, dates, reference numbers etc. Royal Mail and most couriers suggest waiting at least 30 days for delivery of any parcel before a claim form can be submitted for a parcel deemed as lost in transit. (This allows time for a parcel to be collected from the Royal Mail/Courier collections office if no one was home when they attempted delivery or for the parcel to be returned back to us if it was not collected by you).

Normally Refunds will be issued within 7 working days of receiving your return or cancellation request.

Returns By Royal Mail
If you are not home when the courier attempts to delivery, they will leave you a calling card to which you must respond otherwise the package will be returned to the sender. you may have to pay shipping costs for the package to be sent back out to you If you fail to get a redelivery or collect the package and it is returned to us.

Payment Security
All credit card details are processed using ‘RBS Worldpay’ and ‘PayPal’ secure transaction systems.

About Products
We may not be held responsible for the way in which you use the product(s) you purchase from our website once it has left our warehouse. We will not accept responsibility if any hair is put in incorrectly cared for incorrectly or is not kept original status due to styling, perming, and colouring or cutting. Please note that hair and fibre colours will vary on your computer depending on your monitor resolution, to ensure you are choosing the correct colour shade, please loan a colour ring or purchase a colour sample.

About VAT Charges
VAT (Value Added Tax) is chargeable at 20% on all purchases. If you are a VAT registered company in parts of the EU you may be eligible for VAT exemption, please email us if you feel you should not be charged VAT on your purchase. The buyer may be responsible for any import duty, import taxes or other incidental charges that may apply to their particular country or state.

Your privacy is always respected and we are committed to safeguarding your privacy online. We will never disclose or pass on information about our customers to any third party.

Communication & Marketing
By registering from ‘My Account’ (becoming a member of a Hair100) and providing Hair100 with your email, postal address, telephone number you consent to receive communication from us about our latest products and special offers which we think may be of interest to you, If you don’t want to receive such information, you need to notify us by  sending us an email.
